We are recruiting for a Product Specialist for Vestel, working closely with the vendor and the Product Manager within Exertis to identify lapsed accounts to target.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident and driven salesperson who has experience within telesales and is keen to speak with customers.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Call identified customers to introduce them to new products and promotions for the vendor

  • Be the brand ambassador for the vendor internally, promoting their products and being the first point of contact for any queries

  • Travel to other Exertis offices to build relationships with the sales teams and assist with vendor training

  • Sell the features and benefits of the vendor’s products across Exertis and with customers, giving demos of products where required

  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct

 

Role Requirements

  • Previous telesales experience

  • Confident communicator

  • Able to easily understand technical products in order to effectively sell their features

  • Experience selling into education resellers is beneficial but not essential
