Sales Administration Apprentice

Join us in Exertis Enterprise’s biggest commercial team, where we will support you to achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification while working with a dynamic team to support our customers in finding the right server solution for them. With your drive for a great customer experience, you’ll work collaboratively with others in the team to ensure accurate reporting and administration.
As part of the team, you’ll:
- Process server orders that come in from our customers
- Set up parts numbers on our systems
- Own and look after the inbox for the team, responding to queries and distributing emails as required
- Maintain accurate weekly reporting for the team
- Liaise with other departments, including sales, other commercial teams and third party warranty

- Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak with different departments both in person and over the phone

- Experience of working within customer service roles is preferred but not essential
