We are recruiting for a Renewals Administrator to join our friendly team within Professional Services. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the renewals process for various contracts and service agreements. The main responsibility of the Renewals Administrator will be to ensure the timely renewal of contracts, maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Proactively monitor contract renewal dates and initiate renewal processes in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and approvals for contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, including renewal dates, terms, and pricing details.
  • Ensure contract documentation is accurate and up to date, including contract amendments and extensions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract renewals, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support throughout the renewal process.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, customer service, and operations, to streamline the renewal process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to sales teams by preparing renewal proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct

Role Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge around Microsoft and Excel
  • Proven experience within an administrative role
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
