We are excited to be recruiting for Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team at Exertis Supplies, this key role is to develop and win major accounts with our expansion offering of workplace supplies.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Commercial and Sales setting, with proven results and the ability to develop multi layered relationships within the reseller market.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Develop and win business within a defined customer group.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and vendors to identify new opportunities to expand business.
  • Profile and develop an in-depth knowledge of your customers and the profit opportunities.
  • Develop new product/brand strategies with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct

Role Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to manage complex supply relationships
  • A thorough understanding of the distribution model
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to articulate, interpret and present data confidently
  • First-rate negotiation skills
