Description: 

We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our Enterprise business unit, responsible for the management, relationship development and sales growth of our Hyperconverged Infrastructure vendors, including Starwind and other key strategic vendors across a set of customers.

This BDM will be travelling regularly to meet with decision makers within the Exertis Enterprise account base and ensuring the ongoing customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage and develop relationships within the Exertis Enterprise account base, developing and cultivating professional business relationships with decision makers, further establishing Exertis as the distributor of choice
  • Determine mutually agreeable contractual terms with customers and management within Exertis, and work to commercial terms in line with the existing account structure
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial meetings through to purchase order acceptance
  • Conduct regular business reviews with relevant customers, vendors, business units and sales management to track performance, discuss issues, develop strategic plans and take appropriate action
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct

Role Requirements

  • Experience in Hyperconverged Infrastructure or storage is essential
  • Business development experience
