Account Manager

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic person to join our retail team as an Account Manager. This role will be based at our office in Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke. Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

As an Account Manager within Exertis, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and vendors.

Salary up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus generous commission structure

Your Day-to-Day

• Contacting vendors and customers
• Management of stock
• Creating stock profiles
• Growing market share
• Providing excellent customer service

Role Requirements

• Proven Account Management or sales experience
• Experience dealing with large retailers
• Knowledge of retail landscape
• Excellent telephone manner
• Customer service skills
