Join our team at Exertis UK as an Account Director in our retail team, where you’ll maintain and develop relationships with customers, identify new area of business with existing accounts and onboard new partners.

 

As part of the team, you’ll:

• Drive growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement new product and brad strategies tailored to customer needs.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by working closely with Product managers, Vendors and other sales channels.

• Build deep customer profiles and gain in-depth knowledge of their business to maximise profit opportunities.

• Support the onboarding process by opening communication with target accounts and reviewing credit limits to enable smooth account set up.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has experience working in retail sales with the ability to manage complex supply relationships. To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• A natural ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Previous experience in Account Management

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
