Account Director

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Director to join the team based in Basingstoke with a competitive salary DOE. The successful candidate will be managing our Kingfisher Account and will be joining an established account management and support team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing relationships within the customer’s business and becoming ‘Our Partner’s Best Partner’.

Your Day-to-Day

• Long and short term strategic execution of the Kingfisher Account
• Working to ensure day to day responsibilities and SLAs are met
• Representing Exertis in front of the customer
• Providing value adding services to meet customer needs
• Building and nurturing strong relationships across other teams such as sales and commercial

Role Requirements

• Experience in Account Management or Senior Account Manager roles
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and numbers
• Full clean driving license (travel is required)
