We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Retail Administration team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Account Managers and Operations Manager to maximise sales and profit growth across various accounts. You will work towards performance objectives, and agreed SLAs, taking appropriate action on any feedback that is given on your performance. You will also be expected to identify any opportunities where we can apply best practice processes across accounts to continually improve efficiency and service levels.

Your Day-to-Day as a Supply Chain Coordinator
•    Book delivery slots into customers’ warehouses and ensure that all stock is delivered on time and accurately according to the date booked. 
•    Input sales orders and liaise with purchasers to make changes, monitor inbound stock delivery dates and chase late orders to ensure that stock levels are maintained. 
•    Check delivery dates of expected goods in on the system and manage internal and external customer expectations accordingly. 
•    Communicate with customers by email, over the phone and face to face regarding products, delivery dates and any other ad hoc queries.
•    Report on backorders, allocations and transfers of stock using tracking spreadsheets.
•    Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

Role Requirements
•    Experience in a fast paced customer service, administration or sales support role
•    Advanced MS Office (a confident and advanced knowledge of Excel is essential)
•    Excellent Customer Service and communication skills 
•    Self-disciplined and self-motivated 
•    Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
