Description:

Are you looking to start your supply chain career in a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment? Join our team at Exertis UK as a Supply Chain Coordinator, where you’ll offer administrative support to our supply chain and sales teams, liaise with customers and complete daily reporting.

 

As part of the team, you’ll:

• Provide administrative support to account managers, including sales order processing, product set up and coordination with purchasing and logistics.

• Manage customer communications and ensure timely, accurate deliveries by booking transport and monitoring stock availability.

• Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, back orders, forecasts and internal performance metrics.

• Contribute to departmental efficiency by completing ad hoc tasks and upholding company values in all interactions.
