Join our team at MTR as a Services & Repairs Supervisor, where you’ll have responsibility for all Services activities within the department. You will ensure a smooth operation is carried out and operational deadlines are met and work closely with the SLT team to drive results of the business.

As part of the team, you’ll:

  • Oversee daily operations including data wipe, regrade processes and third party service trials ensuring workflows meet performance targets.
  • Lead and support the team setting clear expectations, maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage compliance and reporting, ensuring accurate data wipe certification, timely reporting and adherence to operational standards.
  • Maintain stock and parts inventory, supporting efficient repair operations and service delivery.
