As part of the team, you’ll:
• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve productivity, quality and delivery performance through data driven decision making and regular audits of processes and procedures.
• Strategic Planning and Resource Management: Prepare operational forecasts, contribute to budget planning and provide insights during leadership reviews to ensure business targets are met efficiently.
• Team Leadership and Development: Foster a high performance culture through clear communication, regular performance reviews and strong leadership. Develop talent and succession plans to build a resilient and capable team.
• Compliance and Safety Oversight: Ensure all operations adhere to legal, safety, environmental and security standard maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

• Proven experience in a similar Operations or Warehouse Management role, with experience of managing a team.
