Working within our central creative Studio, you will work alongside our Graphic, Video and Copywriting team to deliver highly creative brand and marketing content. Day-to-day you will be responsible for creative across multiple platforms that deliver amazing campaigns for our core Brand and Own Brand projects, with the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading technology organisations.

Creativity will be at the heart of everything you do, working alongside colleagues to deliver overarching campaign visions. We have a collaborative culture, where our design and marketing team excel in a fast-paced environment whilst having the opportunity to discuss design, give creative direction and support throughout.

In this exciting role you will be making a significant contribution to the ongoing growth and business goals of Exertis.

We’re flexible on location as we have teams based in Stoke, Christchurch, Basingstoke and Harlow and we also support flexible working having a mix of home and office working.

The right candidate must be highly creative, have supreme attention to detail, be well organised and able to jump between projects as necessary.

 

About you

  • You’ll have a strong portfolio of graphic design examples – across both digital and print.
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, however we also welcome applications from graduates with a degree in Graphic Design or other relevant disciplines with a strong graphic understanding.
  • You’ll have excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, XD and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or After Effects would be advantageous.
  • You’ll have good organisation and time management skills with the ability to work over multiple projects.
  • An excellent communicator with a positive and pro-active attitude. You’ll have the ability to give direction to the Studio and wider department, while contributing your own ideas and experience-based solutions to ensure critical paths are met.
  • You’ll have an exceptional eye for detail.
  • You’ll have experience of working to brand guidelines.
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate a passion for graphic design and an appetite for continued growth and development.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable with challenging the status quo.
  • Understanding current technology trends and using this knowledge to develop engaging images that communicate our products features and benefits is desirable?
  • You’ll need to play close attention to current Digital styles and trends, ensuring our content stays relevant, stylish and appealing to the relevant target audience.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Working alongside the Studio and Marketing teams to deliver creative outcomes to briefs, from initial conversations and moodboards through to final graphics.
  • Creating graphics for email marketing initiatives, digital banners, web landing pages, brochures, and social media platforms.
  • Taking ownership of time managing tasks and working in a structured and organised manner.
  • Demonstrating a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.
