The role of Senior Account Manager is all about working with our Enterprise team in Stoke, to manage the end to end account management process – this means working with a recognised brand, owning, driving and delivering their strategy across all relevant sales floors. Join us, and you’ll learn and communicate complex cybersecurity processes. We need your experience and knowledge of the market, tech and products to achieve budget and KPIs; you’ll track performance, offer insight and take action. This role is office based and working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Managing the sales strategy and execution to drive sales for their accounts
  • Manage a series of accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Pipeline management and reporting
  • Developing market intelligence and carrying out competitive analysis
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
