Description: 

We are recruiting for a Retention Specialist to join our Enterprise team in Stoke, proactively contacting customers to drive renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.

The Enterprise team in Stoke’s main focus is on Security solutions, including network, mobile and cloud security.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and trust, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strategically plan outbound calls to customers to upsell contracts or upgrades, maximising revenue opportunities
  • Utilise internal systems to review and generate a pipeline of renewal opportunities, actively managing the renewal process from initiation to closure
  • Effectively provide, sell and negotiate renewals information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers, maximising renewal rates and revenue
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct

Role Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in Account Management, Business Development or similar
  • Understanding of Security vendors and the product set
  • Strong questioning and listening skills to be able to profile and spot opportunities
  • Proactive and driven
