Global Product Manager, Urology (m/f/d)
Location: UK Midlands (Fannin UK) | Global Franchise Urology Organisation
Full-time, permanent role (Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days can be worked from home). Frequent international travel (mainly Europe) is a requirement of the role.

As our new Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving upstream pipeline development projects within the urology business area. You will manage the commercial direction for new product opportunities, ensuring that user and customer needs are central to every stage of development. Working closely with R&D, Sales, RA/QA, Marketing and in-market product managers worldwide to create strong value propositions and go-to-market strategies that turn innovation into real impact. You’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity and excellence, reporting directly to the Franchise Urology Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a defined part of the global Urology portfolio.
- Lead global NPD projects from concept to launch in cross‑functional teams.
- Develop global product marketing assets, launch toolkits, and training materials.
- Support global product launches and collaborate strongly with in‑market product managers and marketing.
- Gather and consolidate global market trends, competitive insights, and clinical feedback.
- Support the local UK team with training, tenders, customer discussions, and market development.
- Build and manage KOL networks; represent the portfolio at congresses and clinical meetings.
- Contribute to clinical, regulatory, and post‑market activities (PMCF/PMS, vigilance).
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent).
- Perfect English proficiency; plus, a second European language, ideally German or French.
- Strong commercial, product management or clinical experience within MedTech or healthcare
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical Device Product Management (Urology preferred).
- Strong experience with NPD leadership and global cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (online & in person).
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and practical experience using AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Ability to build relationships with KOLs and influence without authority.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and globally; valid passport and required visas.
- Based at the Fannin UK office (Midlands) with day‑to‑day UK team collaboration.
