The Opportunity

To support us through a busy period we're looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Administrator. The role is based in our Stroud office and will sit alongside and have opportunity to learn from our well-established UK customer services team. The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and have previous experience in a customer service role. 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service for our UK customers
  • Receive, acknowledge and process orders via SAP
  • Work closely with the UK sales teams to support customer orders and forecasts
  • Provide high level customer service to customers over phone and email
  • Invoicing in conjunction with Finance team
  • Generation of export documentation to support shipments from our warehouse facility
  • Organising of product shipments and liaising with freight companies to ensure correct product alignment for designated countries.
  • Coordination of customer organised pick-up
  • Provide customer updates where necessary
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • First point of contact for orders & queries

 

 

Experience & profile:

  • Experience of using SAP system is preferable, however the full training will be given to the right candidate
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage but not essential.
