Parts Stock Controller
 
   Location:               Aerodrome Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin
  Department:          CCS
  Reports to:             CCS Engineering Supervisor
 
 
 
This role will be responsible for managing inventory levels to achieve customer service targets while minimising stock losses and ensuring stock level targets are achieved and exceeded including the efficient ordering, storage, distribution and control of spare parts.
 
The principal duties and responsibilities for this position include:

•    Goods receipting, querying differences with suppliers as required.
•    Transfers to and from parts store to be carried out daily.
•    Storage bin consolidation, stock taking and regular cycle counting.
•    General housekeeping to ensure that stock is stored in a safe and clean environment
•    Investigate stock differences on SAP, reporting back on consistent issues.
•    Weekly check of engineer stock differences for invoicing issues, reporting back on differences.
•    Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, assisting with issues and queries
•    Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and company and EHS regulatory requirements.
•    Participate in Cross-Functional teams, as necessary.
•    Transferring stock to engineers
•    Ensure compliance with all quality, health & safety, company and customer site regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
•    Two Years purchasing/inventory management experience
•    Strong Microsoft Excel skills is essential, with SAP experience desirable
•    Pleasant, confident manner and good verbal and written communications skills
•    Ability to analyse and assess information and to express proposals in  business terms
•    Capability of working on own initiative without close supervision as well as a member of a team
•    Strong internal & external customer focus
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to work to deadlines and manage a multitasking environment
  
Other information: 
•    Occasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.
•    You will be expected to attend internal & external training courses
•    Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience will apply
