The London team (based out of Slough) are looking for a Customer Account Manager to drive business growth with our fuel, new and alternative energy offerings, related products and sustainability consultancy services.
We will train you to use a combination of consultative selling, strong account management, up / cross selling and negotiation skills, you will be supported and rewarded to develop and achieve increased sales through new acquisition as well as improved customer value and retention across your portfolio.
You will progress and thrive through team-working and career development, as part of a fast-paced progressive and innovative environment, that is heavily customer and quality focussed.
We’re looking for:
- Target driven / results orientated with the ability to win telephone based new business
- Telesales or Call Centre Experience would be advantageous
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing large portfolios
- Strong negotiation skills
- Appreciation of Customer Service
- Confidence in own ability
- Determination and desire to succeed in Sales
- Ability to work with autonomy as well as part of a team
- Resilient, persistent and tenacious
