Job Title: Live Sound and Touring Manager – Allen & Heath USA

Division: American Music & Sound (AM&S)

Location: Remote within USA, domestic and international travel required

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM

What you will do:

Drive adoption of Allen & Heath mixing systems in the U.S. across all market verticals. Provide technical and logistical support to key influencers, including system design assistance and documentation, deliver application training and assist with event preparations as needed. Develop relationships with key audio engineers, consultants, tour managers, rental companies, as well as design/build and integration companies, and retail dealers. Work with the Director of Market Development and/or the Senior Live Sound and Touring Manager to develop training curriculum and execute product training for the U.S. sales force. Provide market intelligence and product development feedback to the Allen & Heath UK team from direct Customer, Dealer, and Sales Rep insights and interactions. Support Sales and Marketing initiatives by developing and executing resources to create training and promotional content and participating in activations that strengthen partnerships, evangelize the brand, and enhance the knowledgebase of Allen & Heath console-based system solutions.

Responsibilities:

·    Technical Marketing:

·    Deliver appropriate training as required to internal/external stakeholders leveraging multiple formats, such as live in-person, produced videos, livestreams, and technical documentation

·    Attend domestic and global trade shows, advise on technical aspects thereof, present product demonstrations, and consult/engage with attendees at the trade show booth

·    Host training sessions at trade shows, regional events, Dealers, Reps, etc.

·    Manage Relationships with Key Influencers:

·    Initiate and sustain relationships with key sound engineers, audio consultants, and sales organizations; aid engineers, contractors, and consultants in specifying complex systems

·    Support key sound engineers on national and international tours in cooperation with Allen & Heath U.K.

·    Develop and sustain relationships with key influencers in other market verticals such as House of Worship (HoW), Corporate A/V, Theatre, Conferencing, Cruise Lines, Education, Bar/Restaurant, Hospitality, Government, etc.

·    Grow Allen & Heath brand awareness through user case studies and stories suitable for publication in all media (print, web, social, etc.)

·    Brand ambassador for Allen & Heath solutions in the U.S. and abroad

·    Weekly activity reporting

·    Additional responsibilities may be assigned

What we are looking for:

·    High level of experience in Professional Audio touring and installation mixing systems

·    Technical background, EE Engineering degree is a plus

·    Knowledge of the Allen & Heath product range and those of key competitors

·    Collaborative team worker

·    Ability to communicate with audio professionals at a high level

·    Confident representative of sales and marketing team; brand ambassador

·    Ability to travel throughout the USA and internationally
