This role reports to the Head of New Energy & Human Resources and provides support in all-rounded Human Resources functions for the Energy business in Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in performing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and policy review.
  • Act as an HR business partner to provide professional advice on people practices, including manpower planning, talent development and performance management.
  • Drive and implement new initiatives to strengthen diversity and inclusion and foster employee engagement.
  • Plan and implement training programs to empower employees’ growth and nurture a continuous learning and development culture.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • With 3 years of relevant experience gained in a multinational organization, preferably in all-rounded HR fields for Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation.
  • Have a strong sense of confidentiality for handling confidential information.
  • Be proactive, attentive to details, and customer-focused with a “can do” attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good team player and able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Mandarin.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HRIS.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
