Flogas Britain is one of the largest distributors of off-grid energy in the UK and has 40 years of experience in providing solutions to both commercial and domestic customers, principally in the form of liquid gas.  The business has a longstanding record of organic growth driven by new installations, underpinned by a strong technical engineering expertise and capability, which, combined with several bolt-on acquisitions, it has increased its market share from 10% to over 30%.

The business is at the forefront of the energy transition, having developed a prominent track record in converting customers from higher-emission fuels to lower-carbon and cleaner solutions for the last decade. It is now well placed with a significant range of opportunities to develop and diversify into New Energies in the future, in line with our 2040 vision to provide 100% renewable solutions to customers.

Flogas has been highly acquisitive in executing this strategy, investing over £50 million in the recent acquisitions of Protech, DTGen, and Equity Energies. These acquisitions brought together a compelling proposition of products, technologies, and services to support customers in navigating their energy needs through the transition and executing their strategies regarding energy cost, security, and carbon emissions on their own pathway to net zero.

Flogas Britain has revenues of around £400 million and employs over 1,500 people across its multi-site operation across Britain, with its headquarters in Syston, Leicestershire.

JOB PURPOSE

Off-grid living can sometimes be challenging, and as part of our brand promise, ‘We Do Energy, Right by You,’ we are working hard to achieve the seamless energy homeowners require, regardless of where they are located, be their energy source being solely LPG, blended solutions, or complete renewables.

As our Sales Enablement Executive, you will empower a driven salesforce with the tools to deliver the right energy solutions? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our marketing team, and act as the link between Sales and Marketing to drive and optimise our sales enablement platform. We believe in doing energy right by our customers and our mission is to earn our customers' trust by doing right, doing more, and making every interaction easy. For our consumer this means making energy easy and personalised, with a digitally empowered experience. For business customers we aim to be the go-to partner for energy solutions, empowering businesses to achieve sustainability goals and long-term success.

At Flogas, sales enablement is more than just a function; it's a strategic approach to empower our sales team with content and guidance, drive growth, and elevate our brand reputation.

This is a part time role, with a flexible working pattern through Monday to Friday. You will be an essential member of our team, leading the charge in enhancing the efficiency of our salesforce through the optimisation of Highspot, our sales enablement platform. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and Sales teams to ensure that the platform is up to date and aligned with strategy.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be creative and innovative in the generation of new sales materials hosted on the platform. This will be essential in driving sales, and you will work closely with various teams to ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience.
