Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Engineering (HCE), the Consumer Engineering Support Co-ordinator (CESC) acts as a key support to the Customer Engineering team to drive performance and efficiency whilst maintaining engineering standards and delivering the excellence in customer service.
The CESC will achieve this by supporting the HCE in monitoring performance and controls and providing organisational and administrative support to the wider team. This includes collation and analysis of key reports and ensuring compliance with training, calibration, stock control, and other key processes to support the outcomes of the Consumer Engineering team.

 

Accountabilities

• Take the lead for the development and support of critical business operating systems within the Consumer Engineering team (CODAS, Cority, IMS, Mendix, etc.)
• Create, develop and maintain reports to support compliance and the measurement of performance as required – health & safety (gas, personal and driving), compliance, efficiency, stock control, etc.
• Coordinate, monitor and support training, calibration and audit plans
• Lead for customer service issues, investigations, and the conduit for complaint resolution
• Support change management planning and execution

• Sound understanding of Health & Safety policies and practice

• Conversant with company policies, practices and procedures
• Effective communication skills, able to influence others resulting in desired outcomes.
• Computer literate, competent with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business operating systems
• Flexible, able to adapt with business demand, including working away from home occasionally
• Full Driving licence
