As Corporate Development Manager DACH, you play a central role
in advancing our growth agenda by supporting and executing acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic initiatives in the DACH region.

The role
- Co-shaping the Group's energy transformation through M&A transactions in the field of decarbonization / renewable energies

- Carrying out market and company analyses

- Analysis and evaluation of business plans
- Identification and approach of investment targets
- Managing due diligence processes Support for M&A transactions and negotiation rounds

The formula for your success
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance or similar degree

- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of M&A, due diligence, strategy experience

- Initial experience in the field of renewable energies desirable or a very high affinity for it

- Process and methodological know-how from the M&A transaction area

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Willingness and flexibility to travel

- Very good German and English language skills are essential
