What you will do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Manager to oversee customer invoicing, payments, and collections while managing credit risk and ensuring timely payments. This role is critical in maintaining healthy cash flow, analyzing accounts receivable aging, and evaluating customer creditworthiness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance collection strategies and support the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

·    Credit Evaluation: Analyze credit reports, assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, and approve credit limits in line with company policies

·    Credit Approvals: Review and approve customer credit balances for order releases while adhering to credit terms and guidelines

·    Invoicing and Payments: Oversee the creation and distribution of invoices, process customer payments via checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers, and ensure timely application of payments to accounts

·    Collections Management: Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, coordinate collection efforts with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to address payment issues

·    Reconciliations: Perform daily cash receipt reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accounts receivable records

·    Reporting: Prepare and present monthly accounts receivable and credit performance reports to management

·    Reseller Applications: Review, verify, and process reseller applications for approval

·    Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the collections and credit approval process and implement best practices

 What we are looking for:

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·    Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

·    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently

·    Proven ability to make sound decisions and provide strategic recommendations

·    Proficient in financial analysis and credit evaluation

·    Experience with accounts receivable management systems and tools
