Job Title:  Fulfillment Coordinator

How you’ll power our business as a Fulfilment Coordinator 

As a Fulfilment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our Logistics team, working across departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of bulk gas orders. Acting as the key point of contact for drivers throughout the day, you’ll support them in real time, managing and reprioritising delivery routes in response to changing circumstances. You’ll keep close communication with Customer Service, Sales, Sites, and Drivers to help us deliver excellent service to our customers. This is a fast-paced, solutions-driven role that also involves handling daily admin tasks, raising and resolving health and safety concerns, and keeping stakeholders informed of any issues that could impact operations. You’ll work with key systems and play an active role in improving how the department communicates across the business.

Here’s what you’ll be doing 

1. Interface for drivers when they are on the road aiding with any challenges that arise.  

2. Re-prioritising and modifying routes as the day’s events occur.   

3. Maintain strong relationships with Customer Service, Sales, Sites and Drivers and ensure the fluid communication of any information that may impact on Flogas’ ability to delivery gas to their customers.  

4. Undertake daily administration tasks, including dealing with health and safety concerns raised drivers, confirming deliveries and managing details within accounts.  

5. Understand systems required to successfully perform the job  

6. Keep line management informed of any key issues 

What we’ll need from you 

1. Transport/Logistics knowledge  

2. Strong communication & influencing skills  

3. Excellent administration skills  

4. IT literate  

5. Remain calm under pressure  

6. Highly motivated  

7. Have worked in a transport environment.  

8. IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point  

9. CODAS experience desirable  

10. High level of accuracy and attention to detail  

11. Agile and Independent thinking  

12. Willing to learn new skills and accept new challenges
