Job Title:  Technical Engineering Coordinator

This is a key position within engineering enabling the department to fully focus on delivering a first-class customer service.

Here's what you'll be doing 

• Identify inefficacies in current process and procedures and offer solutions for improvement for delivering a first-class customer service to our customers and Network. 

• Arranging and managing Technical Service resource to attend customer sites and Depots to carry out Reactive/Planned and Project work and report on the status of these Work orders to the business.  

• Liaise with other departments to ensure communication channels are maintained to provide the best possible service to Internal & External end users 

• Work with wider stakeholder to advance Utilisation and improvement of Asset management system (Maximo) 

• Raising, approving of purchase orders, closing against invoices/completed works. 

• Assist in the implementation & development of performance reports for Engineering resource.

• Ability and confidence to chair weekly and ad hoc meetings with key stakeholders.
