Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you 

 

  • Act as subject matter expert and adjudicator for escalated driver training issues, DriveCam incidents, and disputes. 

  •  Develop, implement, and maintain national driving standards 

  • Lead DriveCam review strategy and act as the final escalation point for complex or high-risk events 

  • Own and evolve the Licence to Coach programme and upskill managers, DTAs, and frontline coaches 

  • Monitor coaching effectiveness and support improvements through feedback and mentoring 

  • Align all driver training to a national curriculum, including CPC, DVSA mock stops, and online sessions 

  • Collaborate with Fleet, Health & Safety, and Operational teams to drive continuous improvement
