How you’ll power our business as a General Manager - Operations
At Flogas, we’re on a mission to deliver outstanding performance across our regional operations. As a key leader in this role, you’ll drive excellence by championing customer service, operational efficiency, safety, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team committed to doing things right the first time, every time. Working across a matrix of operations and support teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we remain the number one choice for customers in the region.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you

Experienced in managing multi-site, distributed operations with a clear focus on delivering results
