Description: 

We are looking for Junior and Senior Account Managers to join our team. These are office based positions within the Wade Road sector of the Exertis Enterprise Division. The main focus for the Account Manager is to find and develop new accounts using all communication mediums alongside the support of our commercial teams. Target customers are vertically aligned businesses looking for a consultative IT partner to assist them with the architecture and deployment of their services and solutions. This role would be ideal for someone with general sales or sales admin/support experience looking to take the next step into a sales career.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Managing own performance against key performance indicators
  • Building relationships with the key stakeholders in the account base
  • Developing and demonstrating industry leading product knowledge and proactively keeping abreast of new trends / products in the market
  • Identify and report large sales opportunities that may require additional support to secure business
  • Identifying accounts with significant profit or product opportunity
  • Building internal relationships
  • Resolving internal and external issues promptly and professionally - escalating to the Sales manager where necessary
  • Using the internal systems to track performance
  • Demonstrating strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the Group Business Conduct Guidelines.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a call centre or sales administrative role
  • Experience of working to targets
  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ability to build successful relationships
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Motivation and a desire to succeed
