We are looking for a Digital Learning Content Creator to join our team. The purpose of this role will be to work with Subject Matter Experts to create online and digital learning, supporting people development across the Exertis global group/DCC Technology division. Content creators will be responsible for both instructional and technical aspects of e-learning development so a range of digital skills are necessary. This role offers hybrid working however this will be dependent upon project requirements meaning there will be periods where you will be expected to be in the office full time.

Your Day-to-Day as a Digital Learning Content Creator
•    Work with SMEs and stakeholders across the business to identify relevant objectives and knowledge to transform into compelling learning experiences.
•    Produce detailed storyboards and design documentation to create engaging learning content.
•    Create digital learning content, including eLearning courseware, videos, software simulations and supporting infographics, using Articulate 360 and other relevant software.
•    Work with the Talent & Development team to incorporate eLearning and digital content into blended training, and to ensure consistent quality, branding and messaging.
•    Work with the Learning Systems Administrator to manage and maintain e-learning and other digital content on the Learning Management System, intranet, and other systems, and to resolve technical issues where applicable.
•    Communicate and promote new content and other learning initiatives across the business, including intranet and other channels, and act as an ambassador for digital content.
•    Monitor user interaction to report on engagement.
•    Analyse user feedback to identify and implement new initiatives to improve learner/user experience.
•    Assist the evaluation of third-party online course material to ensure technical integrity and learning and business objectives are achieved.
•    Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

Role Requirements
•    Experience of scripting and creating eLearning content, and instructional design methodology
•    Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools and standards (ideally Articulate 360, SCORM)
•    Ability to create a variety of digital media including video, animation, infographics, and technical simulations.
•    Creative and engaging communication skills, both verbal and written, able to communicate clearly and effectively with people.
•    Self-organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail
•    Ability to work to tight deadlines, and flexibility to deal with rapidly evolving priorities.
•    IT literate, with demonstrable Windows experience
