Business Change Consultant - 12-18 month contract

We are seeking a Learning & Development/Business Change professional that has a diverse set of skills and experiences to design, develop and deliver behavioural change management initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the front line of major transformational efforts across multiple functions. You will enable the business to deliver against transformational strategies and maximize the adoption through effective and sustained behaviour change.
Travel is essential for this role as some time will be spent at our other UK sites
Knowledge, Competencies & Experience
- The successful candidate is likely to have;
- Experience of design and delivery of behavioural change initiatives that support organisational transformation
- Proven experience in developing change management programs and delivering complex change through different parts of an organisation
- Solid understanding of the impact of change on people and the processes required to enable change to have long‐lasting effect
- Experience in development and execution of change management communication strategies
- Design and delivery of training programs to enhance change acceptance
- Experience in engaging diverse audiences and developing localised, relevant content for them
- Strong verbal influencing and written communication skills
- Experience in large scale business transformation programs
- Relevant experience from B2B sales organisations would also be a plus
Role Purpose & Objectives
- To be a key partner for the Transformation Office in managing change across the organisation:
- Apply a structured approach to drive change management, training, adoption and communications activities
- Develop and implement change management plans for assigned initiatives and workstreams, including stakeholder engagement plans, change readiness assessment, surveys and report outs
- Own the delivery of change milestones for priority initiatives including being responsible for key behavioural change KPI’s (e.g., system adoption)
- Manage integration of change activities and able to identify and successfully navigate the interdependencies across multiple workstreams
- Advise and coach and coach business Initiative Owners on change approach, methods and tools
- Influence sponsors and business leaders to effectively guide change management of strategic efforts
- Define and measure adoption success metrics to ensure change is absorbed and welcomed by our teams
- Establish and manage formal and informal change networks to help coordinate and drive change activities in person and virtually
- Define and build an internal change management competency to sustain the business solutions and drive continuous improvement
