Description: 

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Supplies department in our Raunds Distribution Centre. You will be leading a small team to manage the end-to-end process of the department from goods in to despatch. You will be required to work to demanding timelines and deliver a world class service that exceeds our customer expectations. This is a late shift working 11am until 7.30pm, or as determined by the needs of the business.


Your Day-to-Day as a Supplies Team Leader
•    Manage as directed by the Supervisors, the customer order workflow, ensuring that accuracy targets and timescales of objectives are achieved. 
•    Monitoring of team and individual KPI’s to ensure compliance to contractual service levels for the department are achieved. 
•    Engagement of the whole team to drive through performance by best practice. 
•    Evaluating required resourcing levels and ensuring staff levels reflect operational volume requirements. 
•    Support in other areas of the department when required.
•    Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.


Role Requirements
•    Microsoft office (outlook, excel, word)
•    2+ years managing within a warehouse/logistics environment
•    Proven track record in meeting tight deadlines
•    Ability to track KPI’s and performance
•    SAP EWM or similar WMS
•    Good knowledge of Health and safety
