Working as part of the Enterprise Commercial team will be responsible for the day-to-day administration in the Dell & Fujitsu team. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders whilst studying for the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard over a period of 18 – 24 months. 

 

In your apprenticeship you will learn key IT skills across multiple packages and systems, interpersonal and decision-making skills, as well as how to communicate effectively, produce quality work and how to record data and produce documentation. You will also build knowledge about the organistation, the value of your skills, key stakeholders, relevant regulations and policies and business fundamentals and processes.


Following successful completion of this apprenticeship we would then hope to keep you on as a permanent team member within our finance function. The apprentice salary is £10,335 increasing to national minimum wage for your age group after 12 months.

 

Your Day-to-Day as a Business Admin Apprentice
•    Raise instructions for invoicing when goods notice received from vendor
•    Dealing with warehouse disputes and escalating system/ordering related issues
•    Assist the team with adhoc admin and coordination of customer/vendor events
•    Review and manage onsite renewals and order reports
•    Coordinate the accreditation for the sales training
•    Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

•    Organisation skills – able to plan and prioritise time to deal with conflicting priorities
•    Drive and enthusiasm, with a positive can-do attitude
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Excellent attention to detail
