We are recruiting for a Digital Gaming E-Commerce Manager to look after digital gaming e-commerce in collaboration with Exertis Ztorm, who distribute digital gaming products.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Take ownership of the overall ecommerce strategy, marketing strategy and execution for driving sales to our gaming platforms including eBay, 4gaming and eBay
  • You will take ownership reporting of digital gaming sales across all available platforms and provide clear test & learn roadmap
  • Responsible for digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, customer engagement, increase AOV, AOF and attach rates, etc.
  • Drive strong campaign performance results and ROI against agreed targets
  • Keep up to date on new channels and digital marketing opportunities. Lead the overall strategy & execution for product content & merchandising for digital gaming SKUs across all ecommerce platforms
  • Build strong relationships with the wider digital, marketing, and commercial teams to identify process improvement and new opportunities.
  • Take part in building the most exciting and rewarding working culture within the business.
  • Working with, but not limited to, commercial teams to secure promotional activity; with the Head of Product Content to ensure featured products are fully content enriched, and merchandising banner campaign collaboration; with the Head of Digital Products to ensure 4gaming roadmap features are communicated effectively and utilised via digital marketing; with Head of UX to finalise landing page design; and studio designers to ensure we have effective digital ad creatives.
  • Advise on vendor-focused digital campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and KPIs.
  • Be comfortable with running reports and gathering insights from Google Analytics.
  • Lead on financial billing process for the team, and troubleshooting.
