Exertis is seeking a renewals assistant to join our renewals team within the Enterprise Professional Services Business. The primary role is to support and enable end-user contract renewals via our wide partner channel. Exertis offers a wide range of contracts to our customers, from Monday to Friday 9-5 through to 24/7 365, all contracts run to the minimum 1-year schedules and require proactive renewal discussions with the Exertis account manager, channel partner, and end-user. A key element of the role is to discuss additional services and proactively sell increased terms and service levels.


The successful candidate will need to be fully immersed in the professional services business and be confident to promote all aspects of service delivery. Internal product training will be provided enabling the individual to discuss in detail existing schedule services and all options available.
A good relationship with the 24x7 support desk and team leaders will be critical in enabling the candidate to confidently discuss previous service experiences and identify areas service uplift will be beneficial. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility to be extended depending on the business requirements.

Your Day-to-Day as a Renewals Assistant
•    Manage a renewals pipeline weekly and provide accurate monthly forecasts
•    Respond to any renewal queries received
•    Proactively ensure customers are provided with renewal quotes promptly to ensure no loss of entitlement and a constant stream of revenue for support contracts
•    Run regular reports to ensure all renewal orders have been processed, loaded within the support platforms and renewal dates captured correctly
•    Achieve sales-based targets and KPIs set by management
•    Interact with the Exertis account managers, purchasing, vendors, and professional services teams to ensure accurate and complete fulfilment of quotes and orders
•    Assist the business with any other activity required to fulfil the role
•    Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

•    Confident using excel to run reports – capturing accurate data
