As part of a small team within a large PLC organisation, we have an opportunity for an adaptable individual with strong administrative experience to join our team in Exertis Supplies. Experience within a B2B sales and/or customer service role will be beneficial but not essential as full training on systems and processes will be provided.

Working hours Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm. Office based initially with a view to hybrid working after completion of probation.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Taking lead of several key tasks.
  • Day-to-day management of the account.
  • Be able to identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve issues / Maintain the catalogue both in house and with the Customer.
  • Shortage balance and debit investigation with solution.
  • Completion of product setup and creation of items on amazon to include additional content as required.
  • Manage end-to-end returns factoring in patterns.
  • Other duties may be assigned as part of the team and as per the business needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.


Role Requirements

  • Competent levels of IT skills, including MS Office with a focus on Excel.
  • An ability to problem solve with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Have good organisation and time management skills, working to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, verbally and written.
