The Sales Administrator will work in conjunction with the Project Manager in several areas including key account support, project support and customer services.  The sales administrator will proactively manage end-to-end sales order processes and support the project manager to achieve set Key Performance Indicators as set out by Exertis.

Your day to day as Sales Administrator
•    Provide quotations across a variety of product categories.
•    Order processing.
•    Consulting with Commercial Managers for product, pricing, and stock.
•    Consult with customers and suppliers for booking slots, kitting schedules and forecasts.
•    Managing daily and weekly reports.
•    Working with lead account managers to update pricing feeds.
•    Process ownership and improvement.
•    Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.

 

Role Requirements
•    Must have a strong knowledge of sales support and administration in a fast moving environment
•    Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
•    Professional telephone manner
•    Ability to work in a busy sales office
•    Attention to detail
