AP Transactional Clerk

About the role

Working as part of the Accounts Payable team you will be supporting the team to achieve all end goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain good relationships (internal and external) at all levels
  • Processing large volumes of transactions – including invoices, credit notes and debit notes
  • Assist the team in query resolution for accounts owned
  • Assist the team for debit note resolution
  • Assist the team for supplier statement reconciliations
  • General housekeeping within the AP function
  • Ad-hoc job-related tasks as and when requested

Skills and Experience:

  • To have experience in an administrative role
  • High attention to detail
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Products
  • A professional attitude
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Team player
