The Opportunity
- The principal duties and responsibilities of this warehouse operative role is to ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse, picking and packing the orders for delivery the following day and to conduct cycle counts of the stock as required.

The principal duties and responsibilities of this warehouse operative role is to ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse, picking and packing the orders for delivery the following day and to conduct cycle counts of the stock as required.
The principal duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Operating a variety of Warehouse machinery to pick orders ready for dispatch
- Accurate Order checking, picking, packing and dispatch of goods as per procedure and instructions
- Goods Inwards, checking, sorting and put-away of products received
- General housekeeping to ensure that stock is stored in a safe and clean environment
- Storage bin consolidation, stock taking and regular cycle counting
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, assisting with issues and queries
- Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and company and EHS regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Cross-Functional teams, as necessary.
Experience & profile:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a service environment
- Experience in a busy warehouse environment, i.e. goods in, pick, pack and dispatch & stock control
- Observant, good numerical skills and attention to detail
- A forklift licence for reach truck is essential
- Full clean driver’s license

- Ability to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines
- Capable of working on own initiative without close supervision as well as a member of a team
- Strong internal and external customer focus
Other Information:
- During periods of high volumes you may be required to provide support to other areas of the business.
- Occasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.
- You will be expected to attend internal & external training courses
