How you’ll power our business as an Operations Support Coordinator in Sudbury
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our Operations Support function. You’ll be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of a range of operational activities, including wages input, invoicing, GRNs, packed fuel management, reporting and CSI. You’ll also ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across our systems, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver excellent service and support our wider business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

Complete the defined Operations Support activities accurately and within agreed timescales, including wages input, invoicing, GRNs, packed fuel management and CSI.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data entered across relevant business systems, completing appropriate checks and balances to ensure accurate outputs.

Complete housekeeping activities, including creating and maintaining electronic and physical files and ensuring colleagues have access to the information required to complete operational activities.

Produce accurate and timely reports in line with agreed requirements and respond effectively to ad-hoc business reporting needs.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to support departmental, personal and company objectives.

Work in accordance with all relevant company and departmental policies and procedures.

Support the achievement of departmental and personal KPI targets.

Handle internal customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring appropriate responses and resolutions are provided.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across Stock and Operations Support, adopting a flexible approach to provide absence cover and support business continuity.

Maintain high standards of organisation and attention to detail across all areas of responsibility.

Take responsibility for your own safety and remain vigilant to the health and safety of colleagues within the workplace.

Comply with relevant site rules when visiting other Certas Energy locations.
