How you’ll power our business as a Store Manager
Are you a passionate retail leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, motivating teams and driving commercial success? As a Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of one of our retail forecourt sites, ensuring customers receive a first-class experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the day-to-day operation of the retail forecourt store to ensure safe, efficient and profitable trading.

Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, environmental and company policies.

Maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, merchandising and product availability.

Managing stock control, inventory management, deliveries and cash handling procedures.

Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a customer-first culture across the team.

Leading, motivating and developing colleagues to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.

Recruiting, training and coaching team members to build capability and support succession planning.

Managing rotas and staffing levels to ensure appropriate cover and productivity.

Driving store sales performance and delivering against business targets and KPIs.

Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits and operational governance requirements.
What we’ll need from you

Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory position.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience managing stock control, cash handling and day-to-day store operations.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

A proactive approach to driving commercial results while maintaining operational excellence.
