What You'll Be Doing

As Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop an engaged operational workforce, creating a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture.
• Ensure outstanding customer service delivery through effective planning, resource management and operational execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and service levels.
• Manage operational budgets and deliver against agreed financial targets.
• Support and implement business change initiatives and strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Champion a Safety First culture, promoting safe working practices across all operational activities.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.
