Due to the exponential growth we’ve achieved within our Software Defined Storage division throughout the past 3 years, we are looking to add a focused, strategic and innovative leader to head up the team. Key responsibilities will include enhancing our sales enablement approach within our UK and EU organisations, setting joint strategies with key vendors to achieve joint growth and creating partner enablement strategies to accelerate and support customers growth potential.

 

Experience in management is essential for this role and a strong understanding of the Enterprise IT market would be beneficial.

 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Implementing and driving a high-performance culture daily, where each team member feels valued, empowered, have a voice and therefore perform to the best of their abilities
  • Working with key stakeholders within the Enterprise business to understand key business objectives, share SDS strategy and to update progress against strategy and plans on a regular basis
  • Developing and expanding a multifaceted strategy for the SDS division to continue to grow, as well as identifying new potential areas of business
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct

 

Role Requirements

  • Experience in management, with demonstrable management skills and examples of success
  • A strong understanding of the Enterprise IT market, particularly in Server, Storage and Infrastructure
  • Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to observe, evaluate and give meaningful feedback
  • A strategic mindset with examples of success in creating, implementing and tracking progress of strategy/planning
